Lift, shift, rotate and indulge in every shape you pass through. This static pole class will focus on a variety of low flow sequences. Transform your movement into magic and dance with the divinity within you. PRE-REQUISITES: Must be able to execute basic pole holds, pole sits (lift body weight out from feet). Comfort with different hand/arm grips. Moderations and progressions will be given.
– Int levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
– Class time/date is subject to change.
