(Pole and Non-Pole Workshop) Discover the art of the fish flop! This workshop breaks down the dynamic movement sequence, which flows from a backward roll into a shoulder stand, ending with a controlled descent onto the chest, belly, and thighs. You’ll learn specific warm-ups tailored to the fish flop, master essential drills for safe and precise execution, and gain confidence with every step.
Prerequisite: Comfort with backward shoulder rolls is required. Please bring kneepads for added safety and comfort.
– High Beginner/Intermediate are welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
