Learn a badass routine and work on hardstyle tricks, how to use a static pole, gymnastics tricks, russian dance technique, choreographed transitions and various grip switches to merge pole elements with floorwork!
– Intermediate-Advanced Levels Welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
