Learn how to seamlessly transition your movement in this sequence based class. Get ready to move like molasses as we deepen our connection throughout the mind & body. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace. This week’s focus will be pirouettes & turns & wraps. Knee pads encouraged. Heels or socks welcome!
– All levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
