This class will teach you how to seamlessly transition your movement through sequences. Get ready to move like molasses as we deepen our connection throughout the mind & body. This week’s focus will be straddle led moves and interesting leg/body threads. Knee pads and heels recommended.
– All levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
