Learn to seamlessly connect your pole movement & transitions with this sequence based class. We will also focus on working through the box, edge & stiletto of our heels all while practicing breath work to deepen our mind body connection. Knee pads recommended. Heels highly recommended for this particular Flow State.
– All levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
