Abbey Eff: Twists & Threads (All Levels, BEG, INT)

Join Abbey Eff while she teaches a super slinky low flow sequence focusing on unexpected thread throughs, turns & twists. Pre-requisites: comfortable in heels & familiar with pirouettes. Heels & Knee Pads strongly recommended. – Beg/Int levels welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes
– Live attendance is not required
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending
– You will have 1 week to download your class to keep. If you wish to access your recording after that date and didn’t download, a $15 fee will be charged
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing
