If you ordered a class and didnāt receive the recording within 24 hours of class ending, please check your spam. If you still havenāt received it, email us at [email protected]
How long can I watch the class recording after receiving it?
If you download it within a week, itās yours to keep.
Can I get a recording of a class after they happen?
Yes! You can order it atĀ www.teambasework.com/product/class-recording and expect to receive within 24 hours of your order. Please include the name of the class and date on the checkout page.
What is the difference between Live Unlimited and Tutorials Unlimited?
With āLive Unlimited, you can access classes with all of our instructors in a live class setting. āTutorials Unlimitedā are pre-recorded shorter lessons you can take at your own pace.
How many classes per month can I register for with āLive Unlimitedā?
All classes you see on our schedule for the month duration of your membership!
