A sensual spin and base workshop sequences & prompts. Bathe in your beauty and feel decadent. This workshop is not about what you can do but how you can do it. This workshop will provide you with a variety of delicious low flow spin and indulgent base sequences, BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!! You will be guided technically and creatively. A skeleton of movement will be provided along with prompts to assist in the decoration and feeling of your dance. Setting the mood in your space is highly suggested for this class. Dim the light, light a candle and get ready to heat things up!- Int levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
