This combo and transitions class focuses on the lower third part of the pole. We will be exploring various levels (bottom – one climb height) of lifts & floats within our movements. Changing up and experimenting within our body movements and combinations to master a seamless flow. You will be focusing on paying attention to the little details, exploring different ways of moving with the goal to make your connections look as gooey as the movements themselves.
Heels: 7- or 8-inch Sandals recommended. Can be done mostly without heels too. Knee Pads recommended.
Pre-requisites: Suitable for those with foundational experience dancing in heels. Should be able to lift the body of the floor and be comfortable with pole climbs.
– Beg/Int levels are welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes
– Live attendance is not required
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing
