Looking to get flexible and increase your endurance and strength? This class is for you! Claudia will lead you through PNF stretching technique (with an emphasis on active flexibility) and conditioning exercises with a focus on hip flexibility and mobility. This is a full body workout and will get you on the right path to reaching your flexibility and strength goals!
– All levels are welcome.
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes.
– Live attendance is not required.
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class.
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending.
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing.
