Grab your knee pads and heels and join Claudia for a dynamic tricks workshop at the base of your pole. We will incorporate splits, ballistic movement and aesthetics to create unique new combos. Pre-requisites: Comfortable in a twisted grip handstand, pole assisted handstand & a strong inversion from the floor.
– Int/Adv levels are welcome
– Class run will be 60-75 minutes
– Live attendance is not required
– Late attendees more than 10 minutes will not be admitted into class
– A recording will be sent within 24 hours of class ending
– Ticket price is per person. Please no screen sharing
– Class time/date is subject to change
